I admire animals for their strength, humor, grace, patience, honesty, tenacity, and perspective. My goal is to accurately capture personality in an image, whether canine, feline, equine, or some other variety. No matter how many paws, fins, or hooves we have, we all have stories to tell.

After taxes and expenses, all of Platinum Paw Photography's revenue goes to further animal welfare. My family frequently rescues dogs, cats, and horses; the funds from photography support those animals in need. When we are without a rescue at home, we donate to established nonprofits such as Best Friends (www.bestfriends.org), the ASPCA (www.aspca.org), Alley Cat Allies (www.alleycat.org), and the Humane Society of the United States (www.hsus.org). This support led to the tagline of "memories on a mission."

I use Canon equipment and always carry multiple cameras, lenses, memory cards, and batteries.
